This beautiful and modern holiday home with sea views is located in the small, cosy and quiet village of Benajarafe. The house consists of two two separate living units of 145 m2 and 102 m2 located directly next to each other. This means that for example two families can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday in peaceful privacy.
Each house has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Likewise, each house has its own roof terrace, a balcony and a parking space. The garden and the heated infinity pool with sea views are for shared use. A large gas barbecue is available for delicious culinary evenings. In total, both houses have space for a maximum of nine people.

In this part of the house you have 145 m2 at your disposal. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room as well as a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including a shower and a toilet. Each bedroom has a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a roof terrace with an awning and outdoor furniture as well as garden terrace with enough space to relax. Furthermore, there is a private car parking space.
Casa Pequeña

The smaller house offers 102 m2 of space and has the same layout as the larger house. On the ground floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa-sleeper and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and balcony. One of the bedrooms has a cosy double bed, while the other bedroom has a comfy sofa-sleeper. Enjoy the marvellous view from the roof terrace awning and outdoor furniture as well as the garden terrace. Furthermore, there is a private car parking space.

Playa Benajarafe is known for its stunning beaches and the many activities it offers. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade to explore the charming surroundings or be inspired by the water sports options.
Benajarafe on the Costa del Sol
You will find the lovely village of Benajarafe between Málaga and Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol. The airport of Málaga is only 20 km away and can be reached in 25 minutes via the highway. Less than a kilometre from Casa de Recreo you will find the beautiful, kilometre-long, dark sandy beach with plenty of small restaurants. In addition to history and culture, the towns of Málaga and Nerja offer a charming old town. There are several golf courses close to the holiday home and at some of them you can play open-air tennis all year round. If you like hiking, you will love the beautiful and impressive Sierra Nevada.
