In this part of the house you have 145 m2 at your disposal. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room as well as a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including a shower and a toilet. Each bedroom has a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a roof terrace with an awning and outdoor furniture as well as garden terrace with enough space to relax. Furthermore, there is a private car parking space.
Casa Pequeña
102 qm • up to 5 people
The smaller house offers 102 m2 of space and has the same layout as the larger house. On the ground floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa-sleeper and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and balcony. One of the bedrooms has a cosy double bed, while the other bedroom has a comfy sofa-sleeper. Enjoy the marvellous view from the roof terrace awning and outdoor furniture as well as the garden terrace. Furthermore, there is a private car parking space.

Benajarafe on the Costa del Sol
You will find the lovely village of Benajarafe between Málaga and Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol. The airport of Málaga is only 20 km away and can be reached in 25 minutes via the highway. Less than a kilometre from Casa de Recreo you will find the beautiful, kilometre-long, dark sandy beach with plenty of small restaurants. In addition to history and culture, the towns of Málaga and Nerja offer a charming old town. There are several golf courses close to the holiday home and at some of them you can play open-air tennis all year round. If you like hiking, you will love the beautiful and impressive Sierra Nevada.
